In most instances, once your order has been placed you will not be able to make changes to your order. Therefore, if your order has already been despatched from our NUTRAVIT warehouse, we kindly ask you to return the item(s) following our returns procedure. For details of this, please read our ‘How to return an item‘ for more information.
If your order has not yet been despatched, we may still be able to; change delivery your address details, add items, remove items, or cancel your order completely. In order to do so, please contact our customer services team for advice at info@nutravit.co.uk, between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, with your order details to hand.
